We supply embroidered & full colour printed logo’s

We supply embroidered logo’s or full colour printed logo’s using three process to include your logo or design onto the garments:-

Embroidery
Looks great on school and work wear, a very professional finish. Embroidery requires an initial set up fee, starting from £10, to digitise your logo or design.  If you have already had your logo digitised elsewhere we may be able to use the same file – get in touch to discuss.

Embroidery is very hard wearing and we recommend this for clothing that are going to be worn day in day out. Full colour logo’s are easily embroidered with our 15 colour embroidery machine.

Standard size logo’s/designs are included in the price of the item (where applicable)

  • If you need an extra large design please get in touch
  • You can select additional logo’s on each garment through the on-line store. If you need something that is not listed please let us know
  • If you need an exact colour match for your logo please let us know – we can provide sample sew outs of your logo if required

Digital Print

Using our Mimaki digital print and cut we are able to provide full colour printing for garment & accessories. The printer uses special solvent based inks, also used for exterior signs and vehicle graphics. It prints on to a special vinyl material & then carefully cuts around the image. This is applied to the the garment using a professional heat press to ensure longevity of the print. Garment life is extended by washing at 40 degree’s, do not tumble dry & iron inside out.

We can also use this printer to provide PVC banners, roller banners and personalised stickers and signs

Heat Press
This is a quick and simple process, ideal for small runs or unique items. If the design is straight forward there is no set up cost. A logo or silhouette design is cut out of single coloured vinyl which is then heat pressed on to the garment. The designs are very robust – the only special instructions are to wash at 40 degrees, do not tumble dry & iron inside out. Many designs bought in shops use this heat press system nowadays.

Images are normally one colour, or we can build up the image one colour on top of another – such as the printed numbers on the back of football tops or for printing company names on hi-vis jackets.

Best suited to one or two colour block or outline type designs

File Formats
There are 100’s of various file formats out there and some are better than others. Generally Adobe Illustrator .AI or an .EPS file will produce the very best results. If you don’t have these available then other formats can be used so long as they are high resolution images. If you’re not sure then either get in touch or send what you have & I can see whether it is suitable. We are able to transform images into .AI or .EPS – please get in touch to discuss.
