Logo Printing

Printing your Logo

Print or Embroidery?

We use the latest processes to decorate your logo or design onto the garments (where applicable)

Looks great on school and work wear, a very professional finish. Embroidery requires an initial set up fee. This is to digitise your logo in a format for the embroidery machine. If you have already had your logo digitised elsewhere we may be able to use the same file – email the file (usually a .DST or .EMB) and we’ll see what we can do.

Embroidery is very hard wearing and we recommend this for clothing that are going to be worn day in day out. Full colour logo’s are easily embroidered with our 15 colour embroidery machine.

Standard size logo’s/designs are included in the price of the item (where applicable)

Full Colour Garment Printing

We use the latest full colour DTF process to apply your logo to garments. This is then heat applied to clothing or accessories. A professional long lasting full colour printing technique. Please be aware many others providers use desktop inkjet / laser printer to try to achieve full colour garment prints. Unfortunately the tend to be poor quality & won’t wash well at all.

Our DTF printer is an industrial garment printer – with great results and images that will wash and wash.

Heat Press

This is a quick and simple process, ideal for small runs or unique items. If the design is straight forward there is no set up cost. A logo or silhouette design is cut out of special vinyl which is then heat pressed on to the garment.

The designs are very robust – the only special instructions are to wash at 40 degrees and do not iron on the design (iron on the back). Many designs bought in shops use this heat press system nowadays.

Images are normally one colour – such as the printed numbers on the back of football tops or for printing company names on hi-vis jackets.

Best suited to one or two colour block or outline type designs

File Formats

There are 100’s of various file formats out there and some are better than others. Generally Adobe Illustrator .AI or an .EPS file will produce the very best results. If you don’t have these available then other formats can be used so long as they are high resolution images. If you’re not sure then either get in touch or send what you have & I can see whether it is suitable. We are able to transform images into .AI or .EPS – please get in touch to discuss.
