Full Colour Garment Printing – Heat Seal Vinyl Transfers
Need a full colour T-shirt print? Intentional Designs can help as we supply digitally printed, full colour heat press vinyl transfers to garment decoration trade. We use our own Mimaki solvent print and cut machine, four colour wide format printer which enables us to produce full colour heat transfers for garments and accessories, that simply need to be applied to the garment using a professional heat press.

Standard Full Colour Printed Heat Press Transfers
Suitable for most garments and materials, where it is a full colour company logo or photo graph to go on a hen T-shirt
Subli-Block Heat Transfers
The standard vinyl reacts with sublimated tops (such as football / sports tops) and will show the base colour of the garment through the printed transfer. We have to use a special vinyl that does not react with the sublimated top to ensure the colours do not run when applied.
From experience we only use premium vinyl (with the silver backing) – as I have been told horror stories from customers that have used “cheaper” outlets for their teams football tops!
Nylon
Nylon will burn under normal heat press use – so another special vinyl is required to apply at lower temperatures – generally for outdoor clothing & jackets
We will need a full colour hi-res image, without any background colour, in either .EPS or .AI .PDF. Other artwork can be provided, however if we need to manipulate it to be able to print.
We have a new printer which produces very realistic colours – colour matching can not be guaranteed however…
Postage is usually £2.95+vat however anything larger than A4 will be £4.95+vat

Please note we can not accept any responsibility for damage to any garments in any regard, or for vinyl failing in any respect. We supply a premium product, so if it is applied correctly it will last as long as the garment. Please ensure correct application & washing instructions are followed.
All printed vinyls should be washed at 30 degree’s, do not tumble, do not dry clean & iron inside out. (although my misses tumble dry’s them and they are fine!)
We can also supply PVC banners, roller banners, window signage, full colour signage bespoke stickers etc…
